updated misc/hosts.set, misc/comms.set, deleted several sounds from sounds/hosts, added several sounds to sounds/hosts
Did some cleanup which resulted in adding more things for important sounds for hosts teleporting in and out and for players being controlled and etc. Removed unneeded triggers and sounds that players will never hear.
