Improved various aspects to make it less lag durring loading, including removing comms2.set, updating comms and cosmic rage.set, adding alias.set, and modifying ConfigurationManager.set.

updated misc/hosts.set, misc/comms.set, deleted several sounds from sounds/hosts, added several sounds to sounds/hosts
...
Did some cleanup which resulted in adding more things for important sounds for hosts teleporting in and out and for players being controlled and etc. Removed unneeded triggers and sounds that players will never hear.
